The aim of the blog is to create a community of interested scholars and researchers in the humanities discussing about the many challenges of the present digital scholarship. The objective is to stimulate a conversation on: – experimenting alternative models of peer reviewing, – achieving greater transparency, – ensuring trust, – encouraging open access publishing, – promoting sustainability and curation of data in the humanities, – facilitating the evaluation of digital publications for appointment, tenure and promotion, – analysing the support of semantic web tools.
